Marisette is a female fronted pop/rock band from northern New Jersey who's sound is nothing short of aggressive, impressive, powerfully sweet, and fierce. The insurmountable determination of this band guarantees that they will not be forgotten, and their effortless combination of music styles easily sticks with all who come across them. Marisette has been gaining fans at a rapid rate with their uncanny ability to showcase their talent through hooky songs and powerful vocals, and their sincere love for performing. In the short few months that Marisette has been together, they've proven themselves to be a commanding presence in music and have quickly risen above the catagory of 'local band' in the over saturated NJ scene.
Marisette has been formulating an explosive new EP which further showcases their creativity and bends genres into what they feel is a new breed of rock music; the soundtrack of the future. They will record their 5 new songs in June, 2009; with plans to release a full-length album with an indie label in the following months.
